Below are specific examples of actual Charter Solutions implemented for our clients.  Some of  these complex challenges were declined by other companies, or our client was told it could not be done.

Client is an International Telecommunications manufacturer with highly sensitive, one of a  kind equipment being transported from Europe to South America.

Challenges:  Budget, Oversized Cargo, Sensitive/Restricted Technology, Lack of control

Solution:  Initial Transportation of the goods was managed by a third party hired by a subcontracted manufacturer.  Air Charter Guru coordinated the movement with the Freight Forwarder hired by the European subcontractor.  Cargo had to move on a 747 aircraft only due to size.   Air Charter Guru located an operator going to a different South American country and secured transportation on their aircraft and had the aircraft divert to location required by our client.  Further, Air Charter Guru negotiated a rate thousands less than any other solution available to our client.  The transport also had to be handled through a USA gateway without clearing customs in order to alleviate potential delays of up to 30 days.  Air Charter Guru arranged for an immediate exportation and transload on the same ramp from the European Carrier to our Aircraft.

Result:  Client saved tens of thousands of dollars.  Transit was completed within specified timeline potential delays were averted.

Client is the U.S. State Department,  transporting  highly sensitive and restricted goods being delivered to a foreign government for narcotics interdiction.

Challenges:  Goods are forbidden by air, Airport authority will not allow cargo to be loaded within the highly populated metro area, special landing permissions and overflight permits are required, no loading facilities exist where flight ultimately departs from, no carrier possesses the necessary authority to transport the goods.

Solution:   Air Charter Guru secured an aircraft capable of handling the sensitive cargo, intervened and worked with the FAA, TSA, DoD, and the Department of State to obtain special authority to transport and export the goods on our carrier’s aircraft.  Air Charter Guru met with local authorities from the Airport Authority, Local Police, Fire Protection, and Federal Government to locate and establish a secure, remote landing strip where the highly sensitive cargo was to be loaded outside the metropolitan area.  Air Charter Guru worked with our carrier to locate and position loading equipment with specially trained personnel to handle the cargo.

Result:  Cargo transported safely, securely and was delivered to it’s destination on-time, within budget.  Officials in the DoS and the Foreign Government expressed their sincere gratitude and Air Charter Guru was rewarded with additional highly sensitive transportation missions.

Client is a well known International Gaming concern with a need to transport VIP Guests from their property to the guests home.  Their own private aircraft experienced a mechanical failure.

Challenges:  After Hours dispatch, short timeframe, limited budget, limited aircraft availability.

Solution:  On a Sunday night, Air Charter Guru located 3 different types of aircraft which were available within 1 hour, met the client’s budget constraint, and  provided excellence in service and prestige.

Result:  Client’s VIP’s were treated in a manner exceeding their expectations, arrived home on-time and we saved our client’s reputation, thereby assuring the return of their clients to their casino.

Client is a Television Production Company needing to transport their show’s host to remote locations to film segments.

Challenges:  Host has a fear of flying, Budget constraint, remote location.

Solution:  Air Charter Guru located and secured a very understanding and experienced pilot, who took great time with the host to inspect the aircraft, explain all of the varying factors in operating the aircraft, and allowed the passenger to ride in the right seat during the flight operation.  Air Charter Guru also located the most suitable airfield within the immediate proximity of the filming.

Result:  The services of Air Charter Guru’s partner helped allayed fears of the passenger and provided him with an outstanding experience.   The flight was operated on-time, under budget and the Pilot and the Host, flew together 2 two additional times.  This client and the host work with Air Charter Guru exclusively for all their Charter requirements.
